Excellent customer service, again and again

I own one of these e-pumps which works flawlessly but after a while the connector from the hose broke. I reached out to Mark for a replacement and although this was not an urgent matter since I have a manual pump I still use to inflate my boards, Mark sent immediately a replacement hose kit (all the connectors included), by FedEx, free of charge although the product was out of warranty. This is what can be called customer appreciation because it’s way above and beyond the notion of customer service.

All orders are delivered to Canada via FedEx Express from our USA warehouse with duty and taxes paid up front.
Shipping is now $25 Flat Rate- All orders.

NEW & UNUSED

Gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.

USED & UNDAMAGED

Boards, paddles or accessories will be issued store credit against alternative items. We will not accept the return of products that are damaged. We can not accept returns without the original boxes.
