We stand behind the quality of every composite board we produce. This page outlines our returns policy for transit-damaged goods and our warranty coverage for manufacturing defects.
Returns
We accept returns only for composite boards that have been damaged in transit.
Inspection upon delivery is mandatory.
Please carefully examine the outer packaging at the time of delivery before signing for or accepting your order. Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the delivery documentation at the time of receipt.
To be eligible for a return due to transit
damage, the following conditions must be met:
- Damage to the packaging must be documented and noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Photographic evidence of both the damaged packaging and the board must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims must be submitted to your original point of purchase — either your authorized dealer or directly to us if purchased through our website.
Please note:
Returns cannot be accepted for boards where packaging damage was not noted at the time of delivery, or where claims are submitted outside the required timeframe. We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their board upon arrival and not to discard any packaging until the board has been fully examined.
