Honu e-Pump

For me the pump was an absolute necessity because I usually have to pump three board and sometimes four. I have already used it for 200-250 times and it worked fine so far. I had a pump from another brand which was a quarter of the price of honu pump but it broke in about three weeks and I couldn't even get a replacement so I bought the honu. It can get from 0 to 20psi in 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of your board. Highly recommended.
I love that it pumps quietly before it’s pressurized.
I really appreciate the weight difference and the relative softness. Even with small waves I used to get bruised and sometimes bloody when I was tossed on the waves coming in and the hard board would hit me in the surf. I got hit by this board only once and it did NO damage to my body. Every time I am still surprised by how easy it is to lift and carry.
I am 75 next month and I am not as strong as I used to be. The lightness of the board allows me to be more excited about getting out. The old resistance of thinking about getting the board on and off the car and to the ocean is no longer there. You also recommended the smaller blade on the paddle, my shoulders thank you.
I also really appreciated that you answered the phone when I had questions. The availability of a human being is rare these days.
Works like a charm.
I have used this pump a few times now to inflate and deflate our two Red Paddle boards. It’s simple to use and no louder than other pumps I’ve heard. It has worked flawlessly thus far. My only issue is the only power source connector is a 12V socket. Apparently some of the newer vehicles have replaced the 12V socket with a 110 outlet—my ‘24 GMC Sierra for one. After discovering this, we kept the pump anyway because it is quality product, and we can still use it with my wife’s vehicle.
Chosen because of positive reviews, and the pump's capability of achieving 22 lbs/in2, which is about where my Red Paddle board likes to float best. As for e-pumps generally, it is nice to be able to fuss around with getting changed and checking the put-in while my truck's outlet does the inflation work.
Compact, easy to use and pretty quick. We usually take our 2 SUPs at a time, and use a hand pump on one and the e-pump on the other. The e-pump also deflates SUPs (this is a function I didn't immediately see on the website).
Has been great, pumps up the SUP to correct pressure pretty quickly. I have been using it 3-4 times a week. So far is awesome.
It works well and is simple and easy to use. Once the board was fully pumped up, I realised there was no way I could have used the hand pump without physical stress. It's a time- and shoulder-saving part of the paddle board package. Thanks!!
Makes inflating and deflating a breeze, very easy to use on the SUP
