Fairlight 10'9 -NEW

I have had my Fairlight 10’9” a little over a year. It is the best SUP I have owned and this is like my 5th board over the years. After having a problem with an air leak I talked to Mark and I received a new board in just over a week. Now that is great service.
Best color scheme of any board I've ever seen...just screams fun Caribbean!! So light and responsive, fast...don't even know it's an inflatable unless you bounce a little....So stable yet responsive...
This is my second name paddleboard. I should have bought this one to begin with. Its a great board and makes the whole experience better.
I love the Fairlight but the customer service at Honu is awesome! I had so many questions and mark answered all of them with ease, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend this board and company.
I took lessons this summerand decided to buy my own board. After trying rigid and inflatable boards I decided on an inflatable. Online research leadd me to Honu. I debated between the Byron and Fairlight. I called the help line and was fortunate enough to speak with Mark. After talking with me and asking several questions Mark suggested the Fairlight would be a good model for me. I LOVE IT! I am getting on the water 2-3 times per week. I am still very much a beginner but I am improving. The Fairlight is responsive, glides well and is easy to carry and transport. I even took it on a family vacation to Florida and checked it in the carry case on the plane with no problems. Mark, thanks so much for taking the time to talk with me and for suggesting the Fairlight.
Awesome board! The Fairlight handled well in calm and choppy waters and was extremely stable. I was surprised at how it maneuvered and turned with ease as compared to the 6 in-boards. After riding a 4-inch board, I probably won't go back to the thicker ones out there. Highly recommend and btw- the customer service at Honu is top-notch!! I called them with a ton to of questions and after speaking with Mark, he made me feel very confident with my decision.
The Fairlight 10’9 is a strong and stable board for my 215 lb (97.5 kg) body and this board really feels like a hardboard and 33” wide gives plenty of room for my gear and my Boston Terrier Abby. I think I could have gone with the Byron 10’6 if I were to go paddling without my baby dog. Either way you can’t go wrong with Honu. The Fairlight is true to its name being only 17.8 lbs (8 kg) makes carrying this board a breeze. A couple more D rings to be able to tether two boards side-by-side or attaching a carry strap to free up a hand to be able to carry other gear would be a plus.
Board, bag, and paddle all are great quality! It is still winter time here but can’t wait to get out on the water. I did want to mention what a pleasure it was working with Honu. There was a mix up with the order and Mark was very responsive and provided great solutions! Highly recommend Honu!
I love how much closer to the water this board is at 12cm vs all the budget 15cm (6") boards I'd previously ridden. It tracks great and glides well. The split fin box is awesome for making rolling & packing the board that much easier. It really rolls up easy and light and easy to carry. The quality of the bag is also way better than anything else I've used.
This is a great board! It’s my first foray into paddle boarding so I don’t have a lot to compare it to, but so far I’m loving it. I’m 6’2 and 220# so inflate the board all the way to 20 psi, and it’s perfect. My wife has a Red board and mine is noticeably lighter than hers. After researching this board ad nauseum I made the right choice hands down!
The Fairlight is a larger volume all-rounder paddle board for those wanting some extra stability. Based on our extremely popular Byron, the Fairlight is wider at 33" which adds stability for the most advanced Yoga pose or multi-person family adventure. The extra volume also makes it perfect for heavier paddlers who still want some performance out on the water.
This 4.7" thick inflatable SUP keeps its riders connected to the water in a similar way a fiberglass board does, but without the weight and hassle that comes with them. This advantage goes further than just looking sleek, the thinner board profile provides stability as you are standing closer to the water level.
New for 2024, the Fairlight now features a heat-welded inner seam that produces a more reliable mechanical bond/seal. This construction technology has been taken from the award-winning Sorrento and adapted to the all-rounder platform.
This innovative material & construction produces a board that is around 2Kg (4.4 lbs) lighter than comparable high-performance boards, making it easy to transport and move around.
