Bondi Highlights

A 2+1 Fin setup that includes performance side fins for control and confidence on small to medium waves. FCS compatible fin-boxes allow for customisation of the fin setup with a board that is sized small enough to be nimble on waves, but large enough to still go for a flat water cruise. Board comes with a powerful Honu SUPer pump in the package that includes the Fins and safety leash.

Le Bondi est livré avec le boîtier d'aileron Honu Compact 185 qui a été spécialement conçu pour s'adapter aux ailerons FCS II standard de l'industrie. Si tu ajoutes à cela les ailerons de style FCS à deux tabs qui sont livrés avec la planche, les virages serrés sur une vague ne sont pas seulement possibles, ils peuvent être effectués avec facilité.

Construit avec notre matériau X-Woven & fused drop-stitch, le Bondi est plus léger et plus rigide que tout ce qui existe. Nous combinons cela avec des stringers stackés de 150 mm et des rails à triple encollage, le tout fonctionnant ensemble pour produire une planche légère, réactive et solide.

The Bondi does include a Bravo SUPer pump in the package. The only thing needed to complete the your package is a paddle, which you can choose after clicking on Add To Cart.

X-WOVEN & FUSED DROP STITCH

Multiple layers of woven drop stitch are fused during the manufacturing process, where the polyester threads running through the vinyl are crisscrossed, similar to carbon fibre, making it light & stiff.

TRIPLE BONDED RAILS

Found on the Bondi, Byron and Fairlight, this rail construction adds stiffness and durability to the boards. Quite simply, where standard boards have two rail layers, Honu has three.

UNIVERSAL FIN SYSTEM

A universal fin system allows the paddler to try different fins to fine-tune the board's performance across various conditions. It also allows for quick replacement should the need arise.

TEXTURED DIAMOND TRACTION

Combining the tactile feel of a diamond grove with the grip of an alligator pattern provides the paddler with a confidence-inspiring platform that feels soft yet solid underfoot.

Loving my Bondi 9'3

I'm really loving this board. I'm super happy with the rigidity of the board. This is my first inflatable SUP and I really wanted something that felt like a hard board (which is what I'm used to) and the Bondi does the job well. It's super evident how much care and pride has gone into this board, from the design elements to the high quality construction. I couldn't be more stoked!

GREAT BOARD - TICKS ALL THE BOXES

After doing some research on the best inflatable SUP for surfing, the Bondi ticked all the boxes for quality, lightness and rigidity. Mark was very helpful in my early days with the board and the family will be able to have a Summer of fun.

Love it!

I’m a petite 5’1” female weighing <110. I wanted a board that’s light weight and maneuvers well. My first board was huge and although it also worked, I prefer my Bondi. My husband is of average size and he found it scary and harder to balance on than the 11”6’ board we both got initially. We are still fairly new to SUPing having just started in July. We’ve mainly used our SUP in calm reservoirs but also in some larger lakes and bays with some small waves. I’m bringing my board with me to Hawaii next month to try SUP surfing! So, this board can work as a versatile all around board for a petite person who wants the option to level up. It may not be good as the first board for an average size male beginner.

an inflatable surfboard that is rigid and thin enough to truly surf!

I’m fortunate that I stumbled upon Honu, and their friendly and competent leader, Mark.

The Bondi 9’3 is exactly what I hoped it would be!

I thought the soft and convenient carry strap might be in the way, but it helps find the centerline when I jump to surf stance without having to look down. And it’s a place to push my front foot against. The tail has a comfortable step deck that provides great traction.

The paddle is a work of art! Bamboo blade fused to carbon 3 piece. Most ergonomic handle I’ve held! Ultra light.

I’m 145# and wanted to go as small as possible so I asked Mark about the 8’6.

He said “Nah mate. That for kids. You want the 9’3”. He was right!

This board is FUN FUN FUN
