It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with anything you purchase from Honu. This is why we offer a 30-day, no questions return policy.
If your Honu gear turns up and you don't love it, all you need to do is re-pack it into the original packaging and organise pickup by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or logging a support ticket from the contact page. As long as the item is in a new/ unused condition, we will refund you in full upon receipt.
If your product is used, but undamaged you can still return it for store credit.
Gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
USED AND UNDAMAGED
Boards, paddles or accessories will be issued store credit in the form of credits applied to Honu Paddleboards account. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
All Honu boards come with a 4-Years Total-Care Warranty to give you 4 years of total care. Paddles, clothing & accessories have a 1-year warranty.
