All orders are delivered in the UK via DPD or Parcelforce from our Warwickshire based warehouse. Orders over £49 are free. Orders less than £49 are charged at a flat rate of £15
Returns
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. New, unused gear can be returned at any time for a full refund or exchange. Used gear must be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Email us at hello@honuboards.com to arrange a return.
NEW, UNUSED
Gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
USED AND UNDAMAGED
Boards, paddles or accessories will be issued store credit against alternative items. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse. We can not accept returns without the original boxes.
Warranty
TOTAL-CARE WARRANTY
All Honu products are backed by a 1, 2 or 4 year replacement warranty. Should you have any issues or failures with any product from regular use, we will replace it new for old. This warranty excludes damage from impact with objects such as rocks, roads, etc.
