The Byron’s inner rail is bonded first, then mechanically fused with a 20mm PVC strip using heat and pressure welding. This creates a stronger, more reliable seal and greatly reduces the risk of leaks over time, making the risk of board failure virtually zero.

The Kona 25 rolls down three times and clips shut like a dry bag, then carries like a proper backpack. Taped, sealed seams and PU-coated 450D ripstop nylon keep rain, spray and the odd dunk on the outside. A padded mesh back panel and contoured 5 mm straps keep the load comfortable on the walk back to the car. 25 litres takes a day’s worth: towel, change of clothes, lunch and two bottles.
