Seems like it’s very hard to get replacements.

Well, I received the Sorrento paddleboard as a birthday gift and then I ordered this paddle. The first time out the fin came out and now I’m on backorder and cannot find anything that would possibly fit the split fin. So I couldn’t really tell you how any of it is working as I’m waiting for a new fin.

My 5-star rating is based on my experience with this company re shipping and returns. The wrong paddle color had been shipped. The replacement was shipped before I even returned the paddle sent to me. Such great customer service! I was able to get out and play asap despite the mistake, and return the paddle at my convenience. Thank you!!

Honu Element Paddle

I've been using the Honu Element Paddle for a while now and honestly couldn't be happier with it. Super lightweight, solid construction, and it feels really responsive in the water. Whether I'm cruising on flat water or dealing with a bit of chop, it just performs exactly how you'd want a paddle to.

What really stood out though was the service from Honu. Mark is an absolute legend—super helpful, easy to deal with, and genuinely passionate about getting people on the right gear. Customer service these days can be hit or miss, but the communication and support from Honu were next level from start to finish.

It's always nice supporting a company that backs up great products with great people. Stoked with the paddle and stoked with the whole experience. Highly recommend the Honu Element Paddle to anyone looking for quality gear and top-notch customer care.

Paddle is stiff and light. Way better than similarly priced paddles I have used and makes the usual kit paddles you get with other brands feel like a toy.

Returns & Exchange

We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. New, unused gear can be returned at any time for a full refund or exchange. Used gear must be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Email us at hello@honuboards.com to arrange a return.

Gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.

USED & UNDAMAGED

Boards, paddles or accessories will be issued store credit against alternative items. We will not accept the return of products that are damaged. We can not accept returns without the original boxes.

The carbon one-piece handle includes a grove and notch that keep the handle and blade aligned for quick and easy adjustments out on the water.
