If your Honu products turn up and you don't love it, all you need to do is re-pack it into the original packaging and organise pickup by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. As long as the item is in a new or unused condition, we will refund you in full upon receipt. This guarantee includes Honu paddle boards, clothing and paddle board accessories.
We will repair or replace your board, new-for-old if there are any manufacturing issues. (e.g. loose seam, faulty valve, traction pad delamination). If the issue can be easily fixed, we will arrange for this to be done quickly and conveniently for you. If we decide to replace the board a replacement will be dispatched immediately upon confirmation of the defect.
If you purchased your board directly from Honu, you do not need to register your board. Register your board here: Product Registration
If your board is damaged and needs repair, we will support you to have the repair done to ensure your board stays on the water and out of the landfill. Upon confirmation of the damage, and valid purchase or registration, Honu will provide you with the spare parts and materials needed FREE OF CHARGE, plus send you the list of authorized repair centres that can carry out the work.
All Honu paddles are backed by a 2 year replacement warranty. Should you have any issues or failures with any part of your paddle from regular use, we will replace it new for old. This warranty excludes damage from impact with objects such as rocks, roads, etc.
All other Honu products such as bags, fins, leashes, or covers are backed by a 1-year replacement warranty.
All orders are delivered free from our warehouse located in Corona, CA. Most orders are delivered in 2-3 days with some more remote locations can take 5-7 days.
We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. New, unused gear can be returned at any time for a full refund or exchange. Used gear must be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
Gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
Boards, paddles or accessories will be issued store credit in the form of credits applied to Honu Paddleboards account. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
