Great paddleboard and service

I was using a foam board, which was very stable, but wanted something with a better glide so I could go faster and surf better. The Byron does both well. I find very little loss of stability--I still use it in the open ocean, even on rough days. However, the increase in glide speed is significant. For longer paddles, I decreased my average speed by over 2 min/mile. And that glide also gives me much more ability to catch waves. And the extremely light weight makes it easy to run down to the beach when I see dolphins passing my condo. Finally, service has been very responsive--when it first arrived, it was missing the fin and tether. Mark at Honu jumped right on that and gave me an upgrade immediately

FAST COURIER DELIVERY

All orders are delivered in Australia via courier service. Orders over $100 are free. Orders less than $100 are charged at a flat rate of $15.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns & Exchange

We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. New, unused gear can be returned at any time for a full refund or exchange. Used gear must be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Email us at hello@honuboards.com to arrange a return.

NEW & UNUSED

Gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.

USED & UNDAMAGED

Boards, paddles or accessories will be issued store credit against alternative items. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse. We can not accept returns without the original boxes.

X-Woven & Fused
Drop-stitch

Multiple layers of woven drop-stitch are fused during the manufacturing process, where the polyester threads running through the vinyl are crisscrossed similar to carbon fiber making it light and stiff.

Triple
Bonded Rails

Found on the Bondi, Byron and Fairlight, this rail construction adds stiffness and durability to the boards. Quite simply, where standard boards have two rail layers, Honu has three.

Universal Fin
System

A universal fin system allows the paddler to try different fins to fine-tune the board's performance across various conditions. It also allows for quick replacement should the need arise.

Total Care Warranty

We will repair or replace your board, new-for-old, if there are any manufacturing issues within four years, including loose seams, faulty valves or traction pad delamination.
